Feeney issued ten (10) different balls during his tenure which are easily discernable based on the stampings - 1) 1970-73, 2) 1974-76, 3) 1977, 4) 1978, 5) 1979, 6) 1980, 7) 1981, 8) 1982, 9) 1983 & 10) 1984-86.
What's interesting is I've never come across a Spalding w/ just "HAITI" below the Patent Office stamp line. Given the Spalding logo, this has to be in the 1970-76 era as the MLB went Rawlings starting in 1977.
Imagine this ball signed by Steve Garvey (1974 NL MVP), Mike Marshall (1974 CY) or Bake McBride (1974 ROY) or Joe Morgan (1975 NL MVP), Tom Seaver (1975 CY) or John Montefusco (1975 ROY) or any player in the 1970-76 window. What a classic to marry a players greatest triumphs with the ball of that year.

This baseball most closely to a NM-MT 8 in The History of THE Base Ball valuation book stating a retail value of -100 pending the year.
