    You are buying a Paragon China plate  in the Lilac pattern. The 6 1/4" piece has a iink ribbon bow around the stems of blue flowers on a pale green. The back mark is a purple  double warrant. Condition is "Used", there are some light surface scratches from use or storage and a small dot on the lowest left leaf that is scratched to the bone china.
