New Brunswick Scientific Classic C24 Incubator Shaker. Condition is Used.
Item has been tested for heat and for RPMs.
This is not the C24R. It would have a chiller unit on it if it was.
Unit will not chill. ONLY 7°C above ambient up to 60°C + or -
However it does heat up to 60 + or -
RPM variation does work properly.
This piece look like it was made to hold flask but they are not included.
Case door does work properly and the magnetic switch also work properly.
On off switch works as it should. The select button and both up / down functions work properly also.
It appears to be in relatively clean shape. All of the beaker holders are okay and during operation it doesn't sound like it has any problems with noise. No out of balance shaking, grinding of bearings or anyting.
110 power cord for this unit is included.

I'm not sure if this is supposed to chill also BUT if it is supposed to chill it does NOT. It does not get any cooler than the temperature in the atmosphere that it is kept. Please understand that I'm not sure if it has a chiller or not

This was acquired from a local University recently decommissioned. We brought it to our warehouse where
Unit was operated and tested for over an hour. See the pictures for condition. It may have minor scratches and scrapes but no dents in the case.
I'm just guessing but I think this weight is somewhere around 145 pounds. I would imagine to have this box and ship, shipping will be around 175 to 275 depending on where it's going to go. Anything outside the Continental 48 you will have to check with me to get a shipping quote you.
We take time and effort to pack pieces of equipment like this. Extra packing material double sometimes triple cardboard box with Corner supports if necessary. This will not be able to ship to a home address and will only ship to a business because of weight limitations for FedEx Ground home delivery. Insurance for the sales price of the item will be provided in the cost of the shipping. Please understand this when you purchase that it will have to go to a business address.
