Aerovane Jig Enthusiast set is your best companion to fletch Aerovane 2 / Aerovane 3 / other brand arrow vane.  The Euthusiast set is ready to be used on your work bench and is featured with 4 way adjustable neck for adjustability and a solid black anodized base for stability.  Furthermore, Aerovane Jig Enthusiast Set can be built up and upgraded according to your needs and requirement (e.g. sold separately: laser alignment module, precision 7 index, long feather adaptor, adjustable chuck etc.)

Featured with:
• Fletch confidently within 1/72° accuracy or better in precision
• Level 3 hard anodized CNC aluminum 2 ball bearings supported precision 4 index (0,120, 180, 240 degree)
• 2 ball bearings supported hook for perfect support arrow and extra smooth operation
• Triple O-rings system plus a wedge design chuck to ensure perfect straight alignment and arrow holding while fletching
• Dual magnet design for firm holding of clamp and for firm pressure to ensure perfect gluing while fletching
• 1mm per turn machined screw supported magnet and locked down via an Allen key for precise adjustment
• Hook screws and index screws are made from bar stock brass or stainless steel for maximum durable
