All refunds will be sent after the item is returned in the same condition it was sold. We will notify you of the refund status after we receive the item. If refunds are granted, shipping will be excluded.
Genuinely all the faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and shipping of the item back to us. If the item will be found  faulty, we will  refund the shipping costs as well.
Jewel cases can become damaged during shipping, so there is no guarantee of the condition of the jewel case.
