Returns & Exchange
At Serene Spaces Living, we want each purchase to bring you joy and believe in 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Your claim will be processed within 1-2 business days. Once we issue you a RAN, you may return your unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. If your item arrives damaged, you may request a credit for the cost of the damaged item in lieu of replacement item.
Unless your item was received damaged or there was some error on our part, you will be responsible for all return shipping cost.
We are not able to issue full refunds for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received. Due to this, we highly recommend that you
insure
all return shipments and provide Serene Spaces Living with shipment tracking number.
All non-authorized returns will be refused and sent back.
All return authorization requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Sale items and items marked ‘non-returnable’ are final sale and cannot be returned. All packages returned must have the RAN number clearly written on
returned
package. A copy of the return authorization form, (provided by Serene Spaces Living,) must be included in your return. Failure to include this will delay
processing
of your return.
You are welcome to use the shipping agent of your preference for returns. We will send you a confirmation email once your return is received and has been processed. Please allow 3-5 business days after confirmation email is sent to see
credit
applied back into your account.
Shipping Information
Thank you for shopping with us at Serene Spaces Living. Shipping charges are calculated based on your orders size, weight, and destination. At this time, we currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States.
All packages are sent with FedEx or USPS and shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping time does not include the time it takes to process your order. If a package is found to be undeliverable, it will be sent back to us. Once we receive the returned package, a credit will be issued for products purchased. We reserve the right to refuse shipping on any order.
We currently offer FedEx Ground and Home Delivery. For 2-day or 3-day FedEx express delivery, please contact us with your purchase order number and we will gladly give you a live shipping quote for expedited delivery.
For Shipping to Canada: We are happy to provide shipping quotes to Canada. Please contact us with your query and we will gladly give you a shipping quote. Any duties or taxes on the value of goods purchased, which may be imposed by the Canadian government, will be included in your shipping quote. We cannot provide return shipping labels for orders delivered to Canada and recommend using a local shipping carrier for any items you may want to return.
For Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii: We are happy to provide shipping quotes to Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us with your query and we will gladly give you a shipping quote. We cannot provide return shipping labels for orders delivered to Alaska or Hawaii and recommend using a local shipping carrier for any items you may want to return.
For international orders: If you are interested in ordering internationally, please contact us and we will work with you and your preferred 3rd party carrier or local ship address for order. We cannot accept international credit cards at this time but are able to accept PayPal for international shipments on a case-by-case basis.
