1960s Yonezawa 11" Tin Directional Space Robot Vintage

1960s Yonezawa 11" Tin Directional Robot.
There are some scratches and spots with rust but he’s in overall nice condition for his age. Please examine photos closely to determine condition. The Bottom panel of the battery compartment seems to be pushed down a touch, we had to add aluminum foil to get a good enough connection to get him going. With the foil installed his motion worked great. We didn’t want to mess with it but maybe someone can get that panel pulled up a touch so that aluminum foil won’t be necessary to get a good battery connection. Unfortunately, his lights are no longer working.
